Description
The Reach and Rescue Carrago is a stainless steel scaff hook that attaches onto the Reach and Rescue Telescopic Flood Pole.
The Carrago attaches a fixed line and carabena to a distant eyelet allowing heavy retrievals.
The offshore industry uses the Carrago scaff hook fitting with the pole system as it allows offshore technicians to access out of reach anchor points fitted to wind turbine generators that would otherwise require difficult and time consuming climbing techniques to reach.
Also if needed, the rescue system can be used to hook onto a casualty in a difficult access situation, or Fall Arrest which could reduce time needed for and the complexity of a particular recovery.
Casualties in the water, can be recovered from a crew transfer vessel using the Reach and Rescue Scaff hook Carrago in conjunction with man overboard recovery system.
